He received his D.O. from Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a Family Medicine Residency at Largo Medical Center. An Air Force Veteran, Dr. Nelson served as a staff family medicine provider on Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FL.
