• On-site pharmacy* – Dispensary services are available weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We process all workers’ compensation claims when you get your medication at our pharmacy, and all other patients will be able to participate in our cash-and-carry program that involves a flat fee.**

• Text/Call-ahead service – Check in and get in our clinic’s virtual waiting room by calling 813-253-2113 or entering through the widget on this website. You can also join by texting “immediate care” to 626-414-3210. You’ll receive a call or text informing you of the estimated wait time based on our patient load at that time.

• Affordable prices – Because the ER charges patients for access to the facility and a wide range of diagnostic equipment (most or all of which you likely won’t need for non-emergency conditions), the costs can be extremely high. At our walk-in clinic, you’re charged only for the services we provide to you, and there is no separate doctor’s fee.

• Most insurance accepted – We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Blue Cross & Blue Shield, United Healthcare, TriCare, Aetna, Cigna, Great West, Humana, Medicare, and workers’ compensation.
