South Tampa Immediate Care now offers electronic patient check-in so that you can join our virtual waiting room from wherever you are. If you have a sore throat but want to stay at work as long as possible, or your child needs a flu shot but you want to run errands until he or she can be seen by a doctor, our virtual waiting system gives you the freedom to get urgent medical treatment without putting your life on hold.

Your experience at our clinic will now be even more pleasant because you can simply “skip the wait” with our call-ahead or text-in system.  Just follow these simple steps to join our virtual waiting room:

• Call 813-253-2113 or enter the electronic waiting system through the widget located on this website. You can also enter the queue by texting “immediate care” to 626-414-3210.
• You will receive a text message with an estimate of how long it will be until you can be seen by a doctor based on our current patient load.
• Periodic call backs or text updates will keep you posted on the status of your wait time. You’ll be completely free to run errands, finish tasks at work, or wait at home.
• You will receive a text message or a phone call when your turn in our “waiting room” is approaching, at which point you’ll know to head over to the clinic.
